1. When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all products the same or next business day (business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays) if in stock. In uncommon cases, we may run into temporary shipping delays due to manufacturer back orders. We will notify you via email if an order is expected to be significantly delayed.
2. When will my order arrive?
We ship most orders same or next business day (business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays) using either USPS or UPS. Typical delivery times can be between 2 - 7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times do vary depending on the distance from our spa location (Atlanta, GA) and the final destination. Also please be aware of potential delays that do occur within the post office which may be out of our control.
3. The tracking number says "delivered" but it has not yet arrived yet
We understand that this can be frustrating. There are many reasons why this may happen, and most are resolved on their own within 24 hours.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, reach out to your local post office directly by submitting a service request to your local Post Office facility for follow-up.
You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
If after submitting a service request you are still unable to locate your package, contact us for further assistance.
4. Can I make a change to my order after it was placed?
No problem! As long as we are contacted before the item is shipped we can absolutely make those changes for you. Please contact us with the order # and the changes you'd like made and we will be happy to assist.
5. I forgot to input my promo code. Can someone apply it for me post-purchase?
Absolutely! We are happy to help with this and there is no need to cancel/redo your order. Please contact us with the order # and the promo code that you attempted to use and we can apply this for you! The difference should be refunded to the card used during the initial purchase in roughly 2-3 business days.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new products as much as we do! So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, know that we do offer a 30-day return policy from date of delivery. If you’d like to make a return or an exchange, please ship the product or products back to us at the address detailed further below. While we do offer complimentary shipping for most purchase orders, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returned items.
Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, or provide an exchange of the products, within 1-2 business days of processing. Please note that the 30-day return policy does not cover products that have been used beyond reasonable usage from the date of delivery. No refunds will be issued for products returned in empty condition.
Once shipped, please keep the tracking number saved and readily available in the event a package needs to be located post-shipment.
Please include with the return your Name, Email, and Order # so we can more easily identify your return.
