What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new products as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery (*please note the products below that are unable to be refunded if opened or used).

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please ship the product(s) back to us at the address detailed below. While we offer complimentary shipping for most purchase orders, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returned items. Once we receive and process the return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price or provide an exchange within 1–2 business days.

Please note that the 30-day return policy does not cover products that have been used beyond reasonable usage from the date of delivery. No refunds will be issued for products returned empty or nearly empty.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If an order is refused or returned due to customer decision or error, only the product cost will be refunded. Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid on international or cross-border shipments are also non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to the applicable authorities.

Once shipped, please save your tracking number in the event your return package needs to be located.

Please include your Name, Email, and Order Number with your return so we can more easily identify and process it.

Return Limit Policy

To help us maintain the quality and consistency of our return process, customers are limited to a maximum of four (4) returns or exchanges per calendar year, whether purchases are made online or in person.

ELLEMES Medical Spa reserves the right to decline additional returns or exchanges once this limit has been reached.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Products purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for one exchange at the original sale price. Any additional exchanges beyond the initial exchange will be charged at the current retail price.

How do I initiate a return?

While we do offer a generous return policy on most products, unfortunately Nutrafol supplements cannot be returned if opened or used at this time.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Nutrafol supplements cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend saving your tracking number for all returned items.
