How do I join the Radiance Rewards Club?
Sign up here or log in if you already have an account. You’ll immediately receive 50 points for creating an account.
What info do I need?
First & last name, email, a password (5+ characters), and your birthday (month & day — year optional) so we can send your Birthday Bonus.
Do I have to opt into emails or SMS?
No — enrollment is separate. That said, opting in may unlock extra perks.
Earn & Redeem
How many points do I earn per dollar?
2 points for every $1 spent (before tax and shipping, after discounts).
How else can I earn?
50 points for account signup, Birthday Bonus, and social actions like following or sharing — all available from your rewards panel.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem from the rewards panel in your account and apply the reward at checkout for dollars off your order.
What’s the point value?
Roughly 20 points = $1 off. Your rewards panel always shows your next available reward.
Any minimum order?
No, unless noted. Use rewards as permitted in your panel.
What about cancellations or returns?
Points earned on returned or canceled orders are reversed automatically.
Are points cash?
No — points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on points earned over a rolling 12-month period.
Bronze — free to join · Silver — 5,000+ pts · Gold — 10,000+ pts.
Higher tiers unlock Free Shipping, Exclusive Gifts, Early Access & VIP Experiences.
How do I maintain tier status?
Continue earning at or above your tier threshold over the rolling 12-month window, or you may drop tiers.
When do tier entry bonuses apply?
Right when you cross a threshold — +500 for Silver and +1,000 for Gold appear in your panel.
