How do I join the Radiance Rewards Club?
Sign up here or login if you already have an account. You’ll immediately receive 50 points for account creation.
What info do I need?
First & last name, email, a password (5+ characters), birthday month/day (year optional) so we can send your Birthday Bonus.
Do I have to opt into emails or SMS?
No—enrollment is separate. That said, opting in might unlock extra perks someday.
How many points do I earn per dollar?
2 points for every $1 spent (before tax/shipping, after discounts).
How else can I earn?
50 pts for account signup, Birthday Bonus, plus social actions like following or sharing (as available in your rewards panel).
How do I redeem points?
Redeem from your rewards panel in your account; apply a reward at checkout to take dollars off your order.
What’s point value?
Example: 20 points ≈ $1 off. The rewards panel shows your next available reward so it’s clear what’s next.
Any minimum order requirement?
No, unless noted. Use rewards as allowed in your panel.
What about cancellations or returns?
Points earned on returned or canceled orders get reversed automatically.
Are points cash?
No. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on points earned over a rolling 12-month period.
Bronze — Free to join
Silver — 5,000+ pts
Gold — 10,000+ pts
Higher tiers unlock perks like Free Shipping, Exclusive Gifts, Early Access & VIP Experiences.
How do I maintain tier?
Continue earning at or above your tier threshold in that 12-month window, or you may drop tiers.
When do tier entry bonuses apply?
Right when you cross a threshold—you might see a +500 (Silver) or +1000 (Gold) bonus in your panel.
Where can I see my balance & rewards?
Log in to your account to view points, available rewards, and VIP tier progress in your dashboard.
