Love this EltaMD sunscreen!!

I appreciate the full mineral formula, but in order to apply enough to be effective, I ended up with a gooey-feeling, oily-looking face. The untinted formula was a marginal improvement over the green-tinted version, which I actively disliked. All that green tint did was add synthetic dyes to my skincare. It did nothing to reduce the appearance of pink skin.

This product spreads easily and goes on with a white cast that fades in a few minutes. I use it on my face, eye lids, hands, neck and Décolleté. It plays nicely with my makeup. I do reapply several times a day if I walk outside in the afternoon. I live in AZ. The sun is brutal.

I use UV Skin Recovery along with the tinted version, and the results are amazing. My skin feels soft, protected, and less irritated. It has helped reduce both the redness and the white marks from past burns and surgeries.

My doctor recommended I use this after having some laser treatments and I have done what you said and its worked perfectly.

Can I have a 10 star option for this brand? I hate sunscreens. Never wear them. The texture, smell, feel is terrible. BUT this brand is life changing! No smell, no grease, no color, no balling up under my make up. I bought two! A daily and the recovery. I now use sunscreen daily thanks to this.

Feels great going on and easy to remove. NOT water/sweat resistant - I should have read the directions because there is no season here where sun doesnt = sweat.

Love the texture and finish of this product and the ingredient list and high spf is amazing. I wanted so bad to love this but this product severely dried out my skin even though it is supposed to help your skin barrier. I could not continue to use it.

I half expected the UV Skin Recovery Spf 50 to be too drying for my skin without it containing Hyaluronic Acid. However, it was actually really moisturizing.

Great product its perfect for playing golf even in the heat.

This is the most soothing, cosmetically elegant Mineral sunscreen. It provides high UVB protection at SPF 50. I wish the brand would disclose its PPD level for UVA protection, as thats equally important but unknown.

This might work for others. It spreads nicely and blends in without a cast. Unfortunately, I actually triggered my Rosacea. Might still work for some people with sensitive skin but didnt work for me.

Just bought this and have used it twice. Its drying on my super dry skin. It does reduce my facial redness but it does not provide me with enough moisture. I have to apply it over my moisturizer. Torn about this because I need a higher spf for my extremely fair and sensitive skin.

This sunscreen is fantastic. I was looking for something uber gentle for my angry face. This was exactly what I needed. I love the lightweight texture, how easily it absorbs, and how well it plays with other products.

I struggle with some redness and dryness. It is lightweight and no pilling. I have worn it alone and under a full face of makeup - no issues either way. Mineral based, higher SPF rating and gentle with my sometimes volatile skin.

As a Dermatologist this is the best mineral spf 50 sunscreen I have used in years. This is as close to no white cast as you can get with a mineral sunscreen and I truly dont see a cast when I apply it. I am going to add it to my patient hand outs because I am that impressed!

Hydrating enough, applies really nicely. Unfortunately broke me out. I do not have acne prone skin — so it must just be one of the ingredients not jiving with me. I ended up with pimples on my forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.

This sunscreen is exactly what I need after doing a cycle of Fluorouracil cream treatment on my face. It is not irritating and has been noncomedogenic for me. It also doesnt leave a white cast. I like it so much that Ill continue using it.

This is my favorite sunscreen! Not greasy, washes off easily, gentle, not irritating, doesnt make me break out. No white cast (at least on my fair skin).

This is the first product that has disappointed me, and unfortunately I bought multiples of it. I live in a dry climate and this stuff makes my skin even drier. Worse, the white sheen doesnt go away without lots of effort.
