I absolutely love this product! It's helped to improve my skin barrier even while using retinoids. I have eczema prone skin and this product has helped a ton.

I love the product, and would give it a 5! But the packaging isn't my favorite. I love the pump aspect. But I wish I could know when I'm getting low. With the packaging I can never tell with any of your packaging. And then, boom! I'm out!!! So it's inconvenient. Thank you for great product tho.

Should be called Miracle Moisturizer! I am 63 and I use Revisions products everyday. I ordered this new cream as soon as it came out. I have never in my life had a cream so moisturizing! Even the next morning my skin still feels like I just put it on. Every bit of dryness on my mature skin is gone! This is a miracle product! Skeptical buyer but this is AMAZING! I am a very skeptical person of trying new products and hesitate to spend the money on something new when Ive tried SO many things. I have very sensitive skin (many other moisturizers burn or sting my face) and dont moisturize enough in the very dry winter weather (in PA, 48 years old). Digging this face cream so far Ive always been happy with this brand, and so far so good on the new splurge. I have combination skin, 48 years old, and live on a humid climate. So when it occasionally is dry out, or traveling to areas with low humidity, this cream is a life saver. I may just switch from my go to face cream to this one. What a great company... and I stopped shopping at another popular online beauty/skin care store b/c I found these lovely folks.

Didnt work for me... This moisturizer just didnt work for me. It had the consistency of petrolatum, which made it difficult for me to apply to my combination skin. The product never really seemed to soak in. I was still hopeful, but found that my skin looked dull the next day. I was expecting more of a next day glow at this price point. Something in the ingredients also caused my skin to react; I do have sensitive skin though. I think there are better options, especially at this price point.

surpised me! my esthetician recommended this as a great moisturizer for sensitive skin, even in the summer. I was surprised that it was not too rich,it offers the perfect amount of moisture for my aging skin. Unique dispenser on top of lid,but my critique is that its hard to know when i will run out. That is why i gave it 4 stars....

Revision DermProtect Barrier Defense I purchased this to help w/ dryness I was experiencing due to winter drying out my face in certain areas. It seems to be a nice product, but I saw no difference in hydrating my skin. I will continue to use it on other areas, but will not buy again. Im in my early 70s and many Revision products work very well for me. Just needed a little extra boost and was disappointed in this particular product.

Does it all! Best moisturizer on the planet and the first of its kind for me. Helps calm, soothe and hydrate all day. My skin is generally so dry that I require a double layer of mositurizer...but, not with this one. One pump and thats all I need, without a heavy, greasy feel. Worth every penny!

I use as a night cream Ive replaced another popular medical grade cream with this one in order to integrate an additional Revisions Skin Care product into my regime. I love how it dispenses just the right amount without exposing to air and bacteria to the rest of it. It does what my previous cream has done but after using this for 2 weeks, Ive had three people tell me that my skin looks really nice. So far, so good. Id recommend trying it.

Another well formulated Revision product I use this daily for the extra hydration. Its very moisturizing and soaks in quickly. At night, I prefer the Intensive Nourishing Cream, which is a little more moisturizing.

Cant get enough! Ive been looking for a skin care line for a long time and Ive tried a lot of different companies. Some that ended up going bankrupt, some that broke my skin out terribly and when I finally found this product, I could not get enough of it. I cannot tell you how many people have complimented my skin since I started using this. I wish I could take stock in it I wish I could become an affiliate for it because I get so many compliments about it and recommend it to everyone!!

Not exactly what I was hoping for Im new to the line and found the night retinol cream to be strong and drying. Was looking for something to alternate it with. This is ok but not as moisturizing as I had hoped. My skin continues to adjust but Im not sure Ill order this again.

Instant Dryness Reduction Ive been looking for a product for quite a while that reduces facial skin dryness. DermProtect Barrier Defense Moisturizer is the only product Ive found that has reduced dryness almost instantly as well as redness and irritation. This product will always be a staple in my am and pm skincare routine!

Maybe better for more mature skin, very expensive I purchased this for my skin whilst on accutane. Its rich and heavy, but not as moisturizing as expected and there are many other options that are much more affordable. So I think it could be better for more mature skin if you are ok with the price point.

Love everything Revision Im always pleased with Revision products, particularly for the price. My skin lately has seemed extra dry, even with using face oil with my moisturizer. This product seems to have helped a lot. Sometimes I look in the mirror and think, Wow, my skin looks great! Have also been using a new exfoliant though, so that could be helping as well.

Love this!!! I am in love. Its not super heavy but it makes my skin look and feel so hydrated. I thought that the dispenser would not totally empty the container, but I opened it up and it was practically all gone.

Locks in moisture!!! I am obsessed w/ this product! I started using Tretinoin 0.01% every other night on my face w/ the sandwich technique & topping it off w/ B5 to help lessen the redness & dryness in the morning but would still have it. Since using this product for the last 3 weeks (am & pm), skin has FINALLY calmed down. Please never discontinue!!!

Excellent product! I am very happy with Revision Skincare. This Barrier Defence is helping me. I live in Colorado where we have very dry conditions and it shows on my 78 year old skin. Using this is giving my face the moisture it needs. Try it!

Fabulous hydrator! I am testing out this new Revision product, and as an esthetician this is a 5 star cream! Love the velvety finish and it is fabulous to have a barrier repair as an option for clients. If you have dry, sensitized, red skin you will love this product. Im recommending this for a winter night cream too- great for ski trips etc!

Absolutely Amazing This is the moisturizer Ive been looking for!! Its the ultimate drink that my face has been thirsting for but Ive been unable to find in other products. Its beyond rich and creamy but not too heavy for my soon-to-be 50 year old skin. I cant imagine being without this now that Ive tried it!!

Better than I love the container this one comes instead of the big glass container of. I love the little pump system where you press down a little bit and then the product comes up a little at a time.

Really nice I love the texture and feel of this product on the skin. I have been experiencing some perimenopause face issues that I have never had before and need something I know wont add to the issues and this has been great!

Good For Extremely Dry Skin It does have an oily feel which I like on my post-menopausal, dry skin. I think they can can do better on their prices when compared to other products with similar active ingredients.

My favorite moisturizer I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and this is the best moisturizer I can find for my mature and sensitive skin. I am 74 yrs old and my friends even notice that my skin has improved a lot.

Happy Ive been looking for a facial moisturizer for my 78-year-old skin. So far Im very pleased. I use it at night after cleansing. I had 2 rough spots on my face and they seem to be just about gone. Long story short, Im happy with this initial investment.

Moisurizing This is a great nourishing moisturizer and not too greasy. It absorbs nicely and has been done a great job of moisturizing my older skin.

Great product, semi-annoying packaging I love this moisturizer but really wish it came in a regular squeeze tube! If it did, I would use it more as my daily moisturizer.

This product is very hydrating I have tried numerous moisturizers but this particular one is fabulous. Currently I use this morning and night since it is winter here and the heat has a tendency to be drying.

I was looking for an alternative to Triple Lipid. This is just as moisturizing without feeling heavy, and it is not as scented. It has gotten my skin through a rough Wisconsin winter. My only complaint is you cannot tell how much product is left in the packaging.

This has quickly become my holy grail moisturizer! This + my retinol are a dream team! Its so hydrating and soothing to combat the irritation of my retinol. Lea recommended this to pair with my rx retinol and seriously its been the best combo!

Very hydrating! Smoother & softer skin. I have oily / acne prone (even at 50 years old) but this doesnt cause any acne. Just soft skin!

Love using this with Tretinoin. It seems to help protect my skin from getting irritated and peeling. Also great to use in winter when skin can be on the dry side.

This was my first Revision purchase, but far from my last. My provider recommended this for use with tret on dry aging skin that is also prone to clogging, and it does not disappoint. Already on my second jar. Plus the pump is just clever and enjoyable to use.

Love this moisturizer! Its thick enough for a nighttime skin barrier moisturizer and yet light enough to wear during the day under Makeup. I sometimes will add a pump of this to my daytime moisturizer for a little more moisture. I especially love it on nights I use retinol or tretinoin.

Love this! Love the product but gave it a 4 star rating because I dont care for the container. It dispenses too much product all at once so its use it, or lose it. Id prefer to unscrew the cap and dip my finger in.

Live it It takes your skin some time to get use to it. My skin is brighter tighter and stronger from 8 weeks of use. Definitely recommend

I believe this is a I believe this is a new Revision product. Would definitely recommend for the retired gals. Works well for me.

I like the Revision DEJ face cream but it isnt enough for the harsh winter. Barrier protect really locks in the moisture.
