Takes years off appearance!

It’s not like having a facelift or anything, but it does firm the neck area a bit. I’ve used it for several years, and when I run out of it and use something else, I can see that Advanced Nectifirm is better.

Haven't seen any difference yet. I will try for another month and see what happens.

Oh I love this product! Microneedling and the Nectifirm twice a day and my turkey neck is going bye bye! I'm so glad I was introduced to this brand. While everyone else has fallen for the skincare brand with two "letters" I'm on board the Revisionist boat and here to stay. This brand seems more gentle, while still packing a punch and meeting my skincare expectations!

I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it imperative that I share my great fortune in discovering Nectifirm Advanced! I have been using this for a couple of years now. I am approaching 60 and feel it has helped thus far to maintain my skin around the neck area in a reasonably good state. The skin feels hydrated and supported, so it is still relatively firm with little or no sagging. It is pricey, so when I am able to purchase this at a cost-effective rate, it enables me to maintain continuity in my skincare regime.

Great! I saw the difference after a week of using it. Skin looks very smooth. I recommend it! Also using it on my arm for hypopigmentation spots, and I’m starting to see a difference with spots getting slightly darker. It did not get 5 stars because after a few pumps, it was all gone.

LOVE! This product is great! I have noticeable tech neck lines, and Using this, I can absolutely see a difference! In all honesty, I was not using it twice a day; most days, it was only once, and I could still already tell a difference and saw the lines getting smoother. When I went out of town and didn't have the product with me, I went without using it, and the results really let up, so definitely use it consistently! It’s super soft and absorbs really quickly!

Best neck cream! I started off buying the smaller bottle to make sure I saw results before fully committing to the full size, and I just placed my full-size order! I have used this cream for about a month. I have gradually seen improvement on my pigmentation issues, and my horizontal neck line has a less pronounced appearance. Very satisfied!

It’s OK. I wanted to try this to compare with my usual neck cream. This one is twice as much for the amount. I saw no improvement or significant changes. Nothing bad happened so that’s good. It’s easy to use, not sticky or greasy. Overall, very pleasant, but not worth the money for me.

My entry into Revision Skincare was with the eye cream. I was so impressed, I decided to try the neck cream. It is quite good. After only a few weeks, my neck is firmer and while the sagginess isn't gone, it is considerably less noticeable. Like others have said, the black bottle looks cool, but please can Revision rethink it for the consumer who like to see what's in the bottle. They redid the packaging for the eye cream too, making it more difficult to use. I hope someone at Revision is listen...

It works. After finishing the first 1.7 oz size, I noticed some differences and decided to try it one more time to see what I thought longer-term. It was after completing the second 1.7 oz size that I could see - whoa - that worked! My neck was in tough shape, and it now looks remarkably tighter with fewer vertical lines. My advice is, be patient if you have to and be consistent. You will see a difference in the long term.

At this point I just don't know. We cannot make the skin stop doing what it does during aging. If we could, my skin would be perfect. But alas, the effects of gravity and sleep take a toll. Would my neck be worse if I hadn't used this product over the years? Hard to say. Still, the components in Revision are unique, so I continue to trust it.

It works! I don't use many skincare products, but those I do need to show immediate results. Since my collection is small, I'll invest in those I do use. Nectifirm Advanced does the trick. It makes my 47-year-old, starting-to-look-crepey neck skin look plumper and moisturized. It’s pricey, but after two months using it, I don’t want to be without it.

Good! After about a month of use (two pumps per application, twice a day), I have not noticed any visible results yet, but I am keeping hope and will continue a little longer. Pros: moisturizing, no sticky residue, nice packaging, and a good amount of product. Cons: high cost and so far, no big change.

I tried Nectifirm and liked it, but figured I didn’t need one more expensive product. After about a month of not using it, I realized it must have made more of a difference in my neck and under my chin than I first realized. So now, back to using it, and I really believe it helps. Not a miracle, but it definitely helps my aging skin.

A cream that actually works. I purchased this cream for my neck and chest concerns after seeing recommendations. It has definitely made improvements in my skin and appearance, so I’m very happy to write this review.

It really works to keep wrinkles away. I have used this for over 5 years. I had two slight wrinkles on my neck when I started; they are diminished, and I haven’t had any new ones appear. My daughter and daughter-in-law have used it for close to 2 years—no wrinkles.

Very good product. I have used high-end neck creams from other dermatologic brands, and this one is equally as good for me. I have crepey skin on my neck and feel this gives me a smoother appearance. The dispenser makes it less messy and user-friendly. I will repurchase.

I prefer the Nectifirm ADVANCED as it provides greater moisturizing and leaves my neck and decollete wonderfully smooth. My skin is very sensitive, so I’m happy that it has no harsh fragrance and does not irritate. I do wish it had more lifting effect on my wrinkles; then I would give it a 5-star rating.

I am almost 69 years old, and I feel the neck area shows your age the most. Revision Skincare Nectifirm Advanced helps reduce signs of aging in the neck area. I am on my 5th bottle and never without it. Ladies, this works. Use it every night, and it is worth it.

Awesome neck cream. This neck cream is wonderful. It moisturizes and firms with a neutral smell and absorbs quickly. I use it morning and night on my chest and neck. It’s the best overall neck cream I have ever used. Tried others but keep going back to this one.

It works! I’m 54 years old, on my third bottle, and I only use it in the AM due to the price. There is a noticeable improvement in my jawline as long as I use it daily. The firming effect is temporary though, and my jaw returns to its former state if I stop using it. At this price, I’d love packaging that ensures every drop is used.

Nectifirm Advanced neck cream. I'm on my second order of this cream and absolutely love it. I believe I started my first bottle last November, and I can feel the results. I'm beginning to see fewer lines and hope this second bottle shows even more skin firmness. I will definitely purchase it again!

After trying several samples of Nectifirm, I finally decided to go ahead and buy it. My neck is extremely sensitive, so I have trouble using anti-aging products on it. Finally, I can apply Nectifirm and know that I won’t get an angry rash. I love the Revision products and use several of them.

Great, but the dispenser is not ideal. I like the Nectifirm Advanced and think it works better than the regular Nectifirm. The problem is the dispenser, which has too much plastic. I’d rather it be in a tube. I open it up to get extra product out, which lasts about a week longer.

BEST NECK SERUM. I am in my 40s and noticed crinkling. I have tried several neck serums, and none made a difference—until I tried THIS one! I live by it, swear by it. It has visibly smoothed out my neck and lasts all day. I will be using this for the rest of my days!

Best stuff I have tried for my neck. I tried a few different neck creams, but none seemed to help minimize the tech lines on my neck. I finished the first bottle and definitely noticed my neck looks smoother with lines minimized (not gone, but better). No pilling with SPF and makeup over it.

Works well on my sensitive skin. I previously used a more expensive neck cream but switched to this, and I am pleased with the results. Noticeable improvement! No matter what you do for your face, your neck can give away your age. This product has really improved how my neck and décolleté look. The packaging is also easier for me to handle compared to others I’ve used.

Hoping for noticeable results! I tried Retinol on my neck before, and it was too harsh. This product has been easier to use. It was a bit itchy for the first 10 days but fine after that. I haven’t noticed changes in firmness yet but will keep going based on great reviews.

I'll never stop using this product! I am 58 and have always had sagging under my chin compared to my facial skin. After using this product for 6 months, my neck looks more proportionate, and I’ve even been asked if I had a surgical lift! I only use one pump in the morning, so it lasts a solid 4 months.

It Works!!!! Returning customer here…. Without question I have seen a big difference in the texture of my skin. My neck skin is tighter and since I have been using only this product, it can only be down to this. Ive purchased more, for myself and my friend. Even after only a few weeks, she (and I) can see an improvement in her décolleté. She’s now onboard and placing her order.

I have used this product for a while and think it’s one of the best out there. I have tried a few other similar products but this one remains in my top two. I can see the difference in the center of my neck - my skin doesn’t crepe as much and best of all, it doesn’t irritate my skin like other brands. It’s expensive but worth it and the bottle lasts a pretty long time.

The product is probably as good as it's going to get for most of us gals who have started to see aging in our skin. The neck area is a real challenge. I believe science will keep trying to improve products in this market as they become noticeably helpful with signs of aging. Hope they will take the feedback of the packaging seriously for this product in that it's impossible to know how much is left at any given time.

I am happy with the results four weeks in. The recommended use amount is 1-2 pumps, but to stretch my product I only use one. Since losing 30+ lbs, I've noticed the laxity of the skin under my neck (38 yo) and this product has made a noticeable difference. I'm looking forward to seeing my results at the 8 week mark as well!

I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate me. It’s moisturizing and soaked right in. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is that it’s only been a couple of weeks so too soon to tell the results. But would still recommend as a great neck cream with all the science behind it.

Honestly I didnt want to like this because it is a little pricey. But this stuff works! I only use once a day in the morning so it lasts several months. That is still enough to see a noticeable difference so it is a product that I will never go without!

Nectifirm Advanced is a great product. It’s so great that I purchased more after completing the first bottle. But I didn’t see a review that talked about how long a bottle lasts. For me, using it as recommended, 2 pumps twice daily, it lasted 9 weeks. It’s expensive. Hope this is helpful to know.

I like this product but I’m not sure how helpful it has been? I think more time and consistency would be better to see. It does have a bit of a weird smell - like a strong sunscreen? Looking forward to using it more.

This treatment feels very nice, soft & light upon application. As you apply it to your neck and/or décolleté, it absorbs quickly, feels good and smooths the crepey look along with vertical & horizontal lines. I used a bottle, stopped, and noticed the change backwards within a week or two. So, it is worth the higher price to me for the benefits.

I’ve been using this for about 3 yrs. I’m almost 73 and I think the cream, along with a mild retinol, has kept my skin somewhat firmer and less lined than it would be otherwise. Im a repeat customer!

I purchased a .5oz bottle of Nectifirm and used it for 6 weeks, and I can totally tell a difference in the firmness of the skin on my neck. I am 48 years old, and I had a little sagging on my neck. As a 74-year-old who just lost 20 lbs and two of my three chins, my neck was baggier than my bat wings. I bought a bottle of Nectifirm. Was it doing anything? How long does it take to see improvement? The results were subtle at best, so I thought. Then I ran out of bottle number 1, and the weeks that followed showed more sagging. I am going to give it more time.

Higher the price higher expectation. Started off with a wow, is this the one? Instant improvement then not much. Its a bit drying but easy to apply & no fragrance. Products need time to work, usually 8-12 weeks. 3 stars sure it works for others.

While this neck cream doesn’t reverse any major damage, I have seen some improvement over the past two years of using it. It’s lightweight and doesn’t cause breakouts which I am prone to. I use it from my chin to my chest. It’s a solid product.

I am a crepey neck skeptic and didn’t believe that anything other than a neck lift could take away my wrinkles. I used this religiously, and towards the end of the first bottle began to see progress. I have been a long-time user of the original version and was nervous about trying the Advanced version. I am so happy I did. It is lighter feeling which is a plus, and it absorbs better without leaving a thick coating, so I use it twice daily. I like the pump dispenser; two pumps are just right for me.

This product is rather expensive. Does tighten some, more so in the décolletage area. If you only use once a day, it does not have as profound an effect. If you skip a day, it looks like it did before ever using. I know I cannot keep this expense up, so will enjoy while it lasts.

This is the 2nd bottle of this neck firming cream I've used, and honestly, I don't really see a difference. It's moisturizing, it goes on nicely, but I am not certain it's worth the money. I probably need to do something more invasive to get the results I'm looking for.

No noticeable improvement. I have been using Nectifirm Advanced for three months, morning and evening, as directed. I am 58 years old with moderate signs of aging in the neck area. During this time, there has been NO noticeable improvement. I am going to keep trying it for a 6-month period since I understand that change takes time. This neck cream is the best one I have found over the years. Every now and then I try something else, but I always come back to this. Expensive, but this item really helped the state of my neck. Helps with the sagging and the crepiness for me.

The pump on this bottle makes it so easy to not overuse it. It has a really nice consistency on the neck and doesn’t leave it sticky or too tacky! I do notice my neck is a little brighter, and this bottle has lasted a long time.

Glad I followed recommendations of my dermatologist and got this neck cream. For me, it was a real miracle!! I was considering neck fillers, but after trying this I dont. I have been using Revision Nectifirm Advanced for years. There is nothing better for the neck area and décolletage. This product was recommended by my dermatologist and it has truly tightened the skin, reduced crepiness, and improved the texture of my neck. The pump bottle is perfect. No air exposure and no waste. I will never stop using this product. Cannot recommend more highly.

This is a pleasant lotion, absorbs nicely, no scent, from a very high-end company. I am uncertain if it is necessary to have separate products for necks than for faces, however, and so I will probably not continue the regimen after this bottle is gone. It does not provide SPF, so you still need to find a good sunscreen for your neck and décolleté. My neck and chest arent normally needing different attention than my face, so I will probably stick with a simpler approach for skincare going forward...

I really love this product. I have tried other creams and this is definitely the best one. I would give it 5 stars but do not like the packaging. I am not able to see when the product is almost empty. The bottle will not open, so Im unable to remove any product that may be left. 4/5

I started with the regular Nectifirm several years ago. Happy with the results, I purchased the "advanced" once it was available. My neck continued to improve. I then stopped for a while because I was using different face serums and creams and was attempting to limit the number of products I was layering. Well, I noticed a difference in my neck and decided to continue using the Nectifirm Advanced for great results. How silly of me to stop using it in the first place.

I've only been using this product for a few weeks, and I already notice a difference. My neck and jawline appear firmer, and there's definitely a decrease in the crepey appearance. My décolletage appears firmer, too. I find myself looking at my reflection often to see how it looks in different lighting situations, lol, and I'm amazed. This product will be a staple in my beauty-care routine.

I noticed a significant difference in the way my skin felt within days of starting this product. Its not greasy, very lightweight, and not really scented. All I notice is how much better my skin looks and feels!

The first time I tried this product, I had an allergic reaction (I have very sensitive skin). At my aestheticians recommendation, I hung in there and tried to give my skin extra time to slowly get accustomed to this product (starting with small patches and using a little bit more every week). Revision Nectifirm Advanced is definitely the way to go for those of us who have aged actively and gracefully into our late 70s. I am making a change from regular Nectifirm, which I used over a period of years, to Nectifirm Advanced and feel that there are improvements...softer, smoother to the touch and appearance. So far I am pleased.

This product is the only skincare item that actually works! I’ve seen my tech neck lines diminished and my jawline firmed up with Nectifirm ADVANCED used twice a day. Now I order my next bottle way in advance so I will not run out.

I am on my second bottle of this product. I have some very deep lines across my neck that I haven't noticed a difference on, however admittedly I think this product is more for light surface lines. I have noticed a little difference in other lines on my décolletage. They seem to have lessened slightly, and the overall skin tone has improved. I will try a third bottle and see if I see any other noticeable difference but then may switch to a different (cheaper) product.

I have used the original version of Nectifirm for several years and was hesitant to switch to the new formula because of the higher price. Well, I wish I would have switched sooner. This stuff is the bomb! It is a little thicker than the original and the brighteners really make a noticeable difference in my cleavage area. I also like the pump. It is easier to get just the right amount and seems more hygienic.

I got away from using a neck cream and when I began again with this one, I am happy that I did. In the one week since starting it, I’ve noticed an improvement in the appearance of my skin as well as its firmness. This neck cream feels like heaven on my skin. Neck cream is often a forgotten part of my routine, but this product makes me look forward to my skincare routine. It feels like such a luxury.

I received a sample of the Nectifirm and saw immediate results. Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks to see product results. This product does exactly what it says. My neck is firm, and the lines have faded. I'm 69, and I dont have any neck lines. I refuse to pay for the cosmetic services when there is a product that has my satisfaction.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!! I’m a side sleeper in my mid-thirties, and this stuff is liquid MAGIC! I started noticing the start of vertical chest lines and tried a couple of products before discovering this one. I’m not even through the first bottle and there is a huge improvement. It’s also softening horizontal lines at the base of my neck.

This is my third bottle of Nectifirm Advanced. It has really helped the skin on my neck look more toned and seriously feels so soft. I absolutely love that it has no scent as that is a real problem with many other neck cream products. It is on the pricey side, but one of the things I will splurge on.

I am new to this product but I think it’s helping my turkey neck to tighten up a bit. The packaging for their products is great at preventing contamination or degradation.

I’ve been consistently using Nectifirm for several years. I discovered the Advanced and decided to try it. Within a week, my neck and dec. area appeared smoother. The appearance of my jawline is also better! I will continue to purchase this product.

It feels great going on, and works better than before. When applying makeup at the jawline, sometimes I think it may "ball up" a little, but its not noticable visually, just tactilely. Definitely is the only thing that helps tighten my neck/jaw/chin area.

I was impressed by the efficacy of this product. I used a single pump twice a day (morning and night) and within 3 days saw visible results. Neck was far less puffy and area beneath the chin also appeared slimmer. Folds on the neck were also significantly reduced.

Love your products. I do wish that I could tell when I am almost out...can't see through the black.
