Terrible product. After three days of use, my skin burned terribly, and I broke out in hives. My skin is normal, and I’ve never been sensitive to outbreaks. Adult Acne No More! I’m Sicilian and tend to have oily skin—which is great for maintaining a youthful look. But I’ve always struggled with one or two unsightly acne spots. It was particularly frustrating after going through menopause. So I tried this product a number of years back, and BAM. It really showed those few spots who was boss. This cleanser is amazing. I've dealt with adult cystic/hormonal acne since I was 21, and since using this my skin has transformed. I barely break out anymore as long as I stay on top of my routine. The only downside is the packaging—the top doesn’t seal all the way and leaks product, which is frustrating. Also, if you have sensitive skin like me, you might experience a bit of dryness, especially in the winter. Just make sure to use a thick night cream, and you'll be fine.

This finally did the trick for me. I am 28 and continually got at least one or two deep, large pimples per week. They would inevitably scar for months. I was using retinols and resurfacing serums to correct the damage, but decided to up my prevention game with this cleanser. I have hormonal acne so I dont expect any product to just make it all vanish, but if its claiming to be clarifying and decongesting, I expect the face wash to help with texture. Top-notch cleanser but terrible container. This cleanser helps with clarification and keeps pores clean without over-drying. I'm a daily outdoor runner, and with the use of sunscreens, I need something to decongest pores. I cut back in the winter to using it 2-3 times per week because I'm over 50. I also gave this to my 25-year-old son who was struggling with breakouts, and it works for him as well. However, the container is leaky and wastes product!

I’ve been trying many different cleansers, and this is definitely one of my top favorites. The gel texture is thick, and once applied, you immediately feel glamorous. Although, you may feel a tiny bit dry in the end.

Great cleanser, bad packaging. I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and love it. However, the packaging is a mess. The cleanser seeps through the top, and keeping it upside down doesn’t help. For this reason alone, I’d recommend a similar product with better packaging.

Amazing for congested oily skin. If you have closed comedones, black heads that can easily build up... basically the type of oily skin where after a couple days of no exfoliating you feel that sticky feeling that your skin has immediate build up? This LHA cleanser really helps clean away all impurities. You may experience some purging as you swap over however that is part of the process.

Just started using this product about two weeks ago. So far really enjoying it! I really like the gel consistency because it still foams when mixed with a bit of water and a little product goes a long way. It exfoliates chemically so there is not as much of a need for me to exfoliate physically. It is still gentle enough to use twice a day which I also really like.

Love Product / Hate Bottle. I have been using this cleanser for 2 years now and absolutely love it! A little bit goes a long way, so it lasts a while. Great cleanser. An aesthetician recommended this about 5 years ago, and after using it for a couple of years, I moved cities and was unable to find it, so I went without it for awhile. I've rediscovered it and am really happy I did. It's a gel, so it doesn't really work itself up into a lather, which at first put me off. I find it helps keep my acne in check, and does a good job controlling the oiliness of my T-zone. The size is also pretty generous.

NOT OVERRATED BEST CLEANSER I HAVE EVER USED. I was super sceptical about this but bit the bullet anyway. Can't stress how much of a game-changer this cleanser was for me. Even tho I am oily, I don't react well to BHA exfoliant solutions etc. I kind of use this as my “exfoliant” by leaving it on my skin a little longer in the evenings. Have seen a huge improvement sticking to this.

Dries my skin. I loved this product the first week I used it. It leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean, but after a week, I noticed redness and flaking. I now use it 1-2 times a week with toner and moisturizer. The “fresh” feeling is due to menthol in the ingredients, not just cleanliness.

Amazing cleanser for acne/pig pores/blackheads! It may be the best cleanser I have used for helping with acne. It helps decongest the pores and definitely improved my blackheads and breakouts. It is a little drying, especially as your skin gets used to it, but it improved my skin's overall appearance.

To start with the bad, I don't like the bottle, the soap just pours out of it so I put it in an emptied hand soap bottle with a pump so I didn't waste any product. I feel as if I could get the same clean feeling for a fraction of the price. I admit you do feel nice & clean afterward! It is pretty mild for the amounts of acids in it. Instead, it's very gentle for what is in it.

Great cleanser. Ive used LHACleanser for several years. Ive tried other gentle cleansers since starting this, but I ALWAYS come back to this one. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin, and this cleanser cleans without drying my skin out, and doesnt leave an oily feel. Its the only one Ill use now.

Still deciding. I like that a little goes a long way, so it has good value. I think I need to use it more consistently to really get a sense if its much better than my regular cleanser.

LHA Facial Cleanser. I really like this cleanser; I have occasional breakouts from time to time. It cleans thoroughly without causing dryness. The only downside is the TERRIBLE packaging—it leaks everywhere.

Great but HORRIBLE PACKAGING. I love this cleanser and it helps my combo/oily skin maintain a clear appearance. What I cannot stand is the packaging—it leaks out if you open it with the lid towards the ground. This is my only complaint. It can dry me out in the winter, but with a good toner and moisturizer, it works fine.

Wonderful product but poor packaging. My skin has always been sensitive, and this is the only product that works well without irritating or drying my skin. However, the new tube packaging leaks and makes it difficult to manage. Please repackage in the pump bottle!

Horrible packaging. I love the product, but the leakage of the cleanser is very frustrating and disappointing. I have invested in many of your products, and this packaging defect may force me to explore other lines.

Exactly everything your last cleanser wasnt. I cannot believe how effective yet gentle this cleanser is. It decongests and assists in acne prevention, but my skin feels great and is ready for my routine. The smell is mild and pleasant.

LHA has saved my skin! Ive tried every product on the market for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. The LHA Cleanser made my skin glow for my wedding, and it smells like eucalyptus. A little goes a long way, and I love it!

Invigorating experience. I have oily/combination skin and needed a cleanser that removes makeup, cleanses, and doesnt over-dry. This cleanser does all of that and has a cooling sensation that lingers. I use this nightly, and it goes a long way.

Ouuu it tingles on your face. This was recommended to me after a facial, and I was skeptical, but it left my skin cool and refreshed without over-drying. A small amount goes a long way, and I look forward to using it.

Smooth face and even texture. The bottle is bigger than I expected, and a little goes a long way. It is great at removing makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft. After a few weeks of nightly use, my skin texture is smoother.
