Great product Why would the change the packaging to a screw on top makes it so inconvenient to use now. So disappointed

Love the product and have used for years but new packaging is a fail. Screw top is hard to manage in the shower and product leaks out. Please change it back.

This is a gentle exfoliating cleanser, you only need a little which goes a long way.

The packaging has changed and it is much more difficult to use without the flip top.

I first tried this when my doctor gave it to me after a procedure. It has been fantastic in adding moisture to my face.

I found this to be very effective at removing flakiness. And it didn't dry out my already very dry skin. Love the way this made my skin look!

Terrible new packaging. Please bring back the flip cap. The product itself is great but the packaging wastes so much product. Having to screw and unscrew a top while in the shower or with wet hands is a headache.

I’ve been a loyal user of this product and absolutely love the cleanser itself, but I was disappointed when the flip-top cap was replaced with a screw-top lid. The flip-top cap was much more convenient, especially with wet hands during a skincare routine. The screw-top is harder to grip, requires two hands to use, and is easy to drop into the sink or shower. While it may seem like a small change, it has made the product noticeably less user-friendly. I hope you’ll consider bringing back the flip...
