Lauren was great. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave me a lot of information on what I can do at home to maintain my skin and also what could help me treatment wise at the spa. Together we figured out a plan. I can already see the results and am so thankful I found her!

When I went in for a consultation originally, I was nervous it would be a "salesy" vibe that I have gotten at other medical spas but it wasnt at all. She listened to my concerns, walked me through different options at different price points. Took her time to analyze my skincare routine and suggest possible tweaks without pushing products on me.

A self-professed "skin nerd," she knows EVERYTHING about how different products and treatments work and interact with each other. She makes thoughtful recommendations based on my skin type and goals; I never feel like she is "upselling" me (or selling me at all, really, she's just sharing her expertise). She has coached me through what day-to-day products to use.

So thankful for finding Lauren! I have been feeling more self-conscious about my aging skin and really needed some education on how how to fix the areas I was most concerned with.
