It worked out great for me! My scanty brows look fuller too! I have dry, wavy and color treated hair that tends to get brittle and prone to breakage. I noticed considerable hairfall and thinning and wanted to include this supplement to my routine.

Caused me to Breakout Wanted to post a review to bring to light the potential acne side effect from Nutrafol. I was taking it for 2 months and noticed I was getting acne all over my jawline, cheeks, and hairline. After researching it, I found a lot of people on that had the same experience w Nutrafol due to the high levels of Biotin. If you have acne prone skin some people were suggesting the Vegan formula bc there isnt biotin in it. I wish I would have found this out sooner because now my skin is terrible and im even more self conscious about my skin than I was my thinning hair. I personally stopped taking it at this point which is a shame because it WAS def helping my hair. I gave it 3 stars bc it did what is was supposed to do but dont think many people are aware of the other side.

Works I am so excited that has this product now. I was on it back in 2022 and I had the best hair at that time. I was a level 12 platinum blonde (think ) and naturally my hair is like a level seven. So for me to go get it dyed every eight weeks, was torture on my hair. But when I was using Nutrafol my hair was very strong and very healthy despite that stress of bleaching it. My hair grows about a half an inch a month and when I was using that it was growing faster than that. I had stopped it to save some money at the time during a move and I hated that I had to stop it. Must have Ive been taking Nutrafol Women for a little while now, and I honestly didnt expect much at first because hair supplements can be hit or miss. But this one has actually been working for me. It does take time this isnt something you notice in a week but after staying consistent, I started seeing less shedding in the shower and my hair feels a little fuller near the roots. Nothing dramatic or overnight, just gradual, real improvement. The only thing is you have to take four capsules a day, which can feel like a lot, and the price definitely isnt cheap. But if youre dealing with thinning or stress related shedding and youre willing to stick with it, its one of the few supplements that actually feels like its doing something. I wanted to give this product a better review, but taking four pills every day is way too many pills to try and grow out my hair. These pills are huge and smell and taste disgusting so I would not recommend purchasing this. There are definitely other alternatives to try to grow your hair out and I havent seen any results from taking this daily so the yuckiness hasnt been worth it. I have been using the Nutrafol womens hair growth supplements for a little over two months now. I always take mines after breakfast in the morning. I consume four pills at a time and I did notice that my hair got a little longer. around three months ago, I dyed my hair brown, and my color grew out so much faster than normal. I just started using this vitamin so I cannot speak too much on it, but I can tell a difference in the amount of regrowth I am getting. They also have you take a questionnaire that is pretty extensive to make sure that your vitamins have the best chemistry for your needs. The only knock is the vitamins smell and taste terrible. Does work takes time It takes about a month to see results but dont stop if you dont see results right away it takes time. I took me a full month to see less shedding and then hardly any shedding at all. At first I felt that they had a slight turmeric taste to them, but that disminished as I took them. My hair growth has continued; I have not noticed any more shedding or thinness. I take these daily in the morning.

Im still taking this product in my first month. I havent noticed a significant difference but can tell some. I will say: Definitely EAT while taking it because it makes me feel ill if I dont. It also feel like too many vitamins to take.

This is pretty standard compared to other hair growth supplements. I think Nutrafol is a superior product due to a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It has Viamins A, C, D, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, along with 3000mg of Biotin. It also contains a “Synergen” complex that includes collagen, hyaluronic acid, and more. Take 4 capsules a day with food and just be patient. Thats the hard part!

I did see results for this product, but I have a few suggestions when starting it - 1. Start with two capsules twice a day until working up to four because four at once can cause nausea 2. It is pricey so half dosing it until you are used to it can save money and be sure you like the product. I felt/saw a difference but $88 for just a one month supply is pretty steep if you have regular maintenance routines including skincare, haircare, vitamins and supplements, and then want to add this. But, I did like the results!

Ive been using this product for 1 year and it has been the best investment. I shed all year long which is natural for me but, this helped to control my shedding allowing my hair to grow back thicker and longer. I make sure to get regular trims every 6-8 weeks and deep conditioned my hair using my hot head cap. My hair is now 4” away from my bra line. I paired it with the stress pill and it has helped tremendously. One thing I learned from my hairdresser was to stop putting my hair in ponytails/buns and using high heat or flatirons to often. I reduced heat to twice a month and that has helped as well.

Not Impressed I was very disappointed with these supplements. I stayed consistent and used it for 6 months and didnt notice any improvement. I have had better results using much cheaper hair supplements. I cant believe how much money they charge for this supplement when much cheaper ones have greatly out performed them.

Seeing an Improvement! Im on my 3rd order of Nutrofol, about 1/2 way through. I must say I really didnt see any difference, until now. I am starting to see some new growth coming in. My hair had been thinning a lot over last year. Im not sure what to blame it on- medications Im on, age, or Covid. I will say after I had Covid it seemed to thin a lot faster. Nutrafol for women so far seems like a great product. I have notice after taking this for about a year that it has helped prevent more hair from falling. I feel its still too soon to distinguish if Im actually growing in more hair. However, my hair and my nails have definitely been growing faster. This would be a good start, if you suffer from hair loss. The one thing Im still uneasy about is the amount of pills it requires you take.

I will say that prior to starting my Nutrafol journey I was using Vegamour serum to help with regrowth and it was just okay. Since I switched to Nutrafol my hair looks thicker around my center part, less shedding, overall healthier hair, and regrowth is coming in at the temples. Really happy so far!

I've been taking these Nutrafol supplements for the past month and I'm in awe of my results. I had used hair growth serums in the past and taken loads of hair vitamins in hopes of it helping my thinning hair, but nothing has ever worked as well as this has. The capsules are an average size and have a subtle taste, but nothing too bad. My hair thinned out and fell due to postpartum, but since using this product for a month it has grown out a bit.
