Ive only taken these for about a month, so its too early to know if they work or will work with continued use. What I noted as soon as I first opened the bottle is that the capsules have a strong, unpleasant odour. The smell and taste makes them very hard to swallow, especially 4 capsules per day. Im not sure if Ill continue with them after my first bottle is done.

The only reason that I am giving this product 4 stars is because I just started using it and I have not seen the full results. I will say that since taking this product I can see a lot of new hair sprouting. Only time will tell but I feel very hopeful. The one negative I have is that you must swallow these immediately because they have a bad taste. If the product works then it will be a small sacrifice.

Tried it out for 3 months. It was fine but didnt work for my needs. I have PCOS and some androgenetic alopecia. It states on their website that taking these wont really help with that hair loss type since it is hormone based. It did make my hair feel stronger and thicker. My friend who is a dermatologist recommends this as something to try. Just be aware that if you do suffer from hormonal conditions like PCOS and are experiencing specific hair loss types, it might not work for you.

Keeps my hair growing! I believe my alopecia is stress induced as I have not found any treatment to stop the hair shedding. However, the supplements help replace the hair I lose. Ive been using this supplement for the last 5 years (on and off). Not only did it help with my hair, it also made my menopause symptoms much more bearable. Yes its expensive, but it has such a big spectrum of vitamins and herbal supplements that you dont need to buy anything else. High levels of vitamin D also help with the winter blues. Win and win.
