I couldnt be happier with the Alastin Restorative neck complex and Ellemes Med Spa! The cream is almost like a gel and melts into my skin. Im obsessed! Too soon to notice results but based off of what Im used to using, Alastin is a major step up and clear winner even from just a few uses. And as always Ellemes delivered my product super fast!

I have purchased this neck cream 3 times and have used it as directed every day. My neck area has felt moisturized and looked healthy. I am not sure it looks or feels much different than when I use my regular moisturizer. I was hoping to see a significant change in my neck lines and I have not. I really wanted to love this neck complex. I have used several products and loved them, but this one just did not measure up to my expectations. It is hydrating, but that is all I can say about it. It rolled or peeled with my other skincare products even when I allowed time for them to dry between applications. Will not be buying this product again.

GREAT NECK PRODUCT I've been using the Restorative Neck Complex for months. The product convinced me after applying for two to three months. I was patient before trying something else. My neck looks much smoother than other products I used prior to this one. The crepy skin on my chest is still there, but not as bad as it was. I am hoping it will be much smoother with more time.

I like the Alastin neck cream. I've been using it for several months and see amazing results. I am 73 years young and refuse to have a wrinkled and loose-skinned neck. I'm not big on surgery, so I am trying products to address my concerns. Thus far, the Alastin Skincare Restorative Neck Complex works for me.

This was recommended after my neck lift. I started 4 years ago and have never stopped. I use it once a day, maybe twice. It has helped to keep the neck "toned." I started putting it on my hands, and it may be my imagination, but I see less dry, crepey skin. I wish it was less expensive.

Wonderful neck complex. The TriHex Technology works hard in this cream! Its rich texture feels wonderful on the skin, and it doesn't take a lot of product to see results. My neck is moisturized, and the collagen is building! It also works well with other products from different lines of skincare, which is important in my opinion.

I really noticed a difference using the neck complex. I used it before and after thermage treatment on my neck, and the results were remarkable. Let me add, I am 72, and my doctor was very pleased to see such a dramatic change. I do not like the short jar-like packaging. The taller bottle is much better, but it is not good for traveling. I would like to see this in a tube pump like several of your other products.

This neck cream has been a fantastic addition for many looking for anti-aging solutions. Patients who have used other products with Tri-Hex Technology were confident they would see improvement with this treatment. I was super excited to try this neck and decollete cream after hearing great things. However, from the moment I opened the package, the pump didn’t work correctly. I constantly had to unscrew and rescrew the top back on to get any product out. Additionally, I saw zero improvements in fine lines or crepey skin. It worked as a basic moisturizer, but that is about it. The recommended amount of one pump was barely enough to cover the areas I needed.

This product has proven to live up to its reputation! Within the first 6 weeks of use, I noticed significant tightness where my neck revealed less sagging and proved to be noticeably smooth and more firm. I am sold on this product! Additionally, when the applicator no longer delivers the product, you can remove the lid to finish using it.

I love all Alastin skincare products, including the restorative complex, retinol, gentle cleanser, and this neck treatment. However, the packaging is awful. The last neck complex I bought had a pump that didn’t even work! I reused the pump from the prior bottle, but for $106, the packaging must improve. I dropped the face cleanser once, and it completely broke. I love the products, but the packaging needs to change.

Please change the container for Neck Complex. This is a great neck cream, but the dispenser is a problem. I went through two containers, and all had issues with dispensing the cream. I had to open the jar and use my fingers. I will not order again until the packaging improves.

I never, ever write reviews, but this product is worth its weight in gold. My neck became crepey almost overnight. I felt like my age caught up with me, and I was heartbroken. My dermatologist recommended this neck cream, and I bought it, though I did not have high hopes. But I swear, the crepey skin is gone. My neck looks plump and healthy. Great Neck Cream. My dermatologist suggested this a couple of years ago, and I have been using it ever since. I previously used another brand but think this one works better. A little goes a long way, so it lasts a long time. Definitely do as suggested and use only one pump.

This is a wonderful product with bad packaging. I received the first container in a VIP box and loved it, but the container came apart. I scraped out the product and put it in a jar to avoid wasting it. I liked it enough to buy another container, hoping the issue was an anomaly. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred: after less than a week of use, the entire top came off. This is a fantastic product, but the packaging is terrible.

In under a week of using this product, my neck lines have all but disappeared. Moisture has returned to the area, and my neck is looking smooth. I will definitely keep buying this product. Creamy yet not heavy, and a little goes a long way. It just glides onto the skin.

I really enjoy the restorative neck complex. I am on my third bottle, and it has helped with the discoloration and redness I had. The dispenser is finicky, but customer service is excellent. During shipment, one of my bottles leaked, and they sent a replacement promptly. Highly recommend.

Great formula. Absorbs easily, and after 4 weeks of consistent use, I feel like my neck looks better. However, the packaging is a disaster. The pump does not work, so you have to unscrew the lid and dip a finger or spatula in. It is messy and unhygienic, especially considering the price.

Great products! I started with the restorative nectar and immediately bought all the other products. At 68, I cannot believe how layering these products has improved my skin. My neck looks fantastic, and the dark circles around my eyes have lightened. It has been almost 5 weeks. Amazing!

I have tried everything to get this pump to work. Priming it, tightening the collar, taking it off and back on, pumping endlessly—but nothing comes out. Even my boyfriend tried to get it to work and gave up! Now I have to open the top and dip my fingers in, which is messy and unhygienic. Very disappointing.

Great product, terrible dispenser. I am on my second one, having assumed the first bad dispenser was a fluke. Nope—#2 doesn't work at all, and I have to take the container apart to use it. I have been willing to do this because I do see actual results, but the jar needs fixing. I wouldn't pay these prices again.

I just got this product, and the pump doesn't work when the bottle is upright because there is no line to pull the product through. Turning it upside down works because the product sits near the pump area. However, for the price, the company should have better bottle design professionals on staff.

Poorly designed pump. This is a great product, BUT the last three jars I have purchased have had problems. The straw inside the dispenser is too short to access the cream. One jar seemed to run out too fast, but I found it was still full of product under the pump. I won't be purchasing anymore.
