This toner does make a big difference in my skin's overall look, texture and brightness.I really like the glow it gives to my skin after using my cleanser. I do not use it around my eyes as I found that it dried that area quite a bit.

I have been using eye cream since myc20 's and am now much older. This is the best one. It is the best value, has the best consistency and produces the best results for my sensitive skin! Hands down. It's lightweight, which I love, and very effective for what once was crepey skin under my eyes. I love this eye cream and hope that it does not get discontinued or changed. The method of dispensing it is genius!

I have very sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. The Obagi Hydrate moisturizer is the best moisturizer I have ever used! It actually settles down my redness reactions & soothes my skin during a flare up.
