How to use

Add 1 scoop to 8–12 oz of hot or cold liquid, such as coffee, tea or a smoothie, and stir once daily. It dissolves completely and can also be mixed into foods with some water content, like yogurt or soup. + Strength is designed to be taken alongside a Nutrafol Hair Growth Nutraceutical; collagen alone is not meant to grow hair.
