Each night, on a clean, dry face, sweep the Nu-Cil Eyelash Serum along the upper lash line the way you would apply liquid eyeliner. Use the Nu-Cil Eyebrow Serum along the brow with the brush applicator. Let both dry before applying any other products. Consistency matters more than amount, so use a thin layer every night rather than a heavy one occasionally.
