How to Use

Step 1: Bathe or shower, then lightly pat skin dry.
Step 2: Immediately apply liberally to the entire body, paying extra attention to rough, dry areas such as elbows, knees, heels and hands.
Step 3: Massage in until absorbed.
Step 4: In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen on all exposed skin.
Step 5: For extra moisture and smoothing, apply morning and evening.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid the eye area and broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin. Contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), which may increase sensitivity to the sun and the chance of sunburn: use sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

How is this different from a regular body lotion?

Will it sting?

Do I need sunscreen with it?

Yes. Alpha hydroxy acids like lactic acid can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen on exposed skin such as arms, legs and chest while using it and for a week afterward.
