Can I use it during the day?

Yes. PCA Skin recommends using it nightly and as needed, so you can reach for it whenever lips feel dry. It is richest overnight, when it can work undisturbed. If you will be in the sun, use an SPF lip balm during the day, since this mask does not contain sunscreen.

How much should I apply?

Apply it generously, a slightly thicker layer than you would use with a regular lip balm, as the last step of your evening routine. Leave it on overnight.

Will it help very chapped lips?
