The serum is naturally pink from a phenolsulfonphthalein pH indicator used to monitor the integrity of the active proteins — discard if the color changes. Store below 91°F. How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse and gently pat the skin dry.
Step 2: Twist open a vial and dispense one pipette of serum into your palm.
Step 3: Press it evenly over the whole face and neck before any other product.
Step 4: After microneedling, a chemical peel or dermabrasion, use a few pipettes instead of one and let the skin settle before adding anything else.
Step 5: Follow with your usual creams, or with CALECIM Recovery Night Complex in the evening. Discard the vial if the serum has changed color.

Why is the serum pink?

The pink tint comes from phenolsulfonphthalein, a pH indicator included specifically to monitor the integrity of the active proteins. As long as the serum looks its normal pink, the actives are stable. If the color has changed, discard that vial.

When do I use it after a treatment?

Apply it as soon as your provider clears you, which is usually right at the end of the appointment, then continue at home over the following days. On procedure day, apply the Serum first and follow with Recovery Night Complex at bedtime.

How is this different from Recovery Night Complex?

The Serum is the immediate post-procedure step, delivering the highest concentration of PTT-6 with no other actives in the way. Recovery Night Complex is the richer night-time layer that goes on top. They are designed to work together, not to replace one another.

How should I store it?

Keep the vials below 91°F and away from direct heat or sunlight. A cool, dark drawer or a skincare fridge both work well. Protecting the vials from heat is what keeps the active proteins stable.

Can I use it daily without a procedure?

Yes. One pipette over the whole face before your other creams is an excellent everyday routine. Many clients use it that way between appointments and keep extra vials on hand for treatment weeks.
