How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse and pat skin completely dry.
Step 2: Dispense one pump and smooth it over the face. It can also be used on the neck and the backs of the hands.
Step 3: Wait five minutes for the serum to absorb and dry before applying anything else.
Step 4: Continue with the rest of your routine, such as eye serum, treatment products and moisturizer. In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Step 5: Use once or twice daily. Results build with consistent use.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

What's the difference between INTENSE Serum and the Refill?

The serum inside is identical. INTENSE Serum comes in the reusable pump bottle; the Refill is a 15 mL cartridge only, and it costs $14 less. Start with the bottle, then buy refills and twist each new cartridge into the same pump.

When will I see results?

Many people notice a brighter, more luminous look within about four weeks. Plated's studies measured fewer visible wrinkles and dark spots from six to twelve weeks, and results keep building with consistent daily use.

Where does it go in my routine?

First, on clean, dry skin. Apply one pump once or twice a day and wait five minutes before layering anything else, including vitamin C, retinoids, moisturizer and sunscreen. It does not make skin sun-sensitive, but daily SPF is still a must.

Is it safe for sensitive skin, and is it vegan?

It is formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin, is non-comedogenic and contains no fragrance. It is not vegan: the exosomes are purified from donated human platelets sourced from US blood banks. If you are pregnant, nursing or managing a medical condition, check with your physician before starting.

Can I use it around treatments like microneedling or laser?
