How to Use

Step 1: Wet hair thoroughly.
Step 2: Apply Thickening Shampoo to the scalp and massage in a circular motion, then work the lather through wet hair from roots to tips.
Step 3: Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly.
Step 5: Follow with RevitaLash Thickening Conditioner.

How is this different from the Volume Enhancing Foam?

The shampoo is a rinse-off cleanser for the scalp and hair. Volume Enhancing Foam is a once-daily leave-in scalp treatment. The shampoo's ingredient list does not include cloprostenol ethyl amide, the prostaglandin analogue in the Foam. They're designed to work together: shampoo and condition first, then apply the Foam to the scalp.

Is it really sulfate-free?

Yes. RevitaLash Cosmetics states that the Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner contain no sulfate detergents, parabens or phthalates. The shampoo cleanses with non-sulfate surfactants such as sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate and cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine.

Will it stop hair loss?

No. It's a cosmetic shampoo that cleanses the scalp and helps hair look and feel thicker and fuller. It doesn't treat hair loss. If you're noticing new or heavy shedding, book a consultation so we can look at what's behind it and talk about treatment options.

Can I use it for postpartum thinning?

Why does my scalp feel cool or tingly?
