How to Use

Step 1: Twist the bottom of your reusable INTENSE Serum pump to remove the empty cartridge.
Step 2: Unscrew the cap of the new refill cartridge, insert it into the pump and twist to secure. Close the empty cartridge and recycle it.
Step 3: Cleanse and pat skin completely dry, then apply one pump over the face.
Step 4: Wait five minutes for the serum to absorb before applying other products, and finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning.
Step 5: Use once or twice daily. Results build with consistent use.

Caution: Requires the full-size INTENSE Serum pump bottle (current version). For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Do I need the INTENSE Serum bottle?

Yes. The Refill is a cartridge without a pump, designed for the current INTENSE Serum bottle. Plated notes that refills only fit the latest bottle design, so if you don't have a bottle, or yours is an older version, start with a full-size INTENSE Serum.

How do I swap in the refill?

Twist the bottom of the reusable pump to remove the empty cartridge. Unscrew the cap of the new cartridge, insert it into the pump and twist to secure. Close the empty cartridge and recycle it.

Is the serum different from the full-size bottle?

No. The ingredient list and exosome concentration are the same as INTENSE Serum; you are only skipping the pump bottle, which is why the refill costs $14 less.

When will I see results?

Many people notice a brighter, more luminous look within about four weeks. Plated's studies measured fewer visible wrinkles and dark spots from six to twelve weeks, and results keep building with consistent daily use.

Is it safe for sensitive skin, and is it vegan?

It is formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin, is non-comedogenic and contains no fragrance.
