How to Use

Step 1: Remove all makeup and residue. Oil-based removers and cleansers can leave a film that blocks the conditioner, so make sure lashes are clean and dry.
Step 2: Twice a day, morning and night, dip the applicator into the tube once. One dip is enough for both eyes.
Step 3: Apply one thin line to clean, dry UPPER lashes only, just above the lash line. Use sparingly, since dripping into the eye may cause irritation.
Step 4: Allow 2 to 3 minutes to dry completely before applying other products or going to sleep.
