How to Use

Step 1: Wet face with warm water.
Step 2: Dispense one pump of Ultra Calm Cleansing Cream and lightly massage it over the face.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.
Step 4: Follow with your serums, moisturizer and, in the morning, a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Step 5: Use morning and evening.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid getting in eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. After professional treatments, follow your provider's instructions on when to resume cleansing.

How is this different from the ALASTIN Gentle Cleanser?

The Gentle Cleanser is a lightweight, sulfate-free gel that suits normal, combination and oily skin, and it contains orange peel and lavender oils. Ultra Calm is a richer, fragrance-free cream made for dry, sensitive and post-procedure skin. If your skin feels tight or stings after cleansing, or you're healing from a treatment, Ultra Calm is the better pick.

Can I use it after a laser, peel or microneedling?

Yes. ALASTIN Skincare designed it for sensitive or vulnerable skin, including after cosmetic treatments, and it's the cleanser we like to pair with the brand's post-procedure products. Always follow your provider's post-treatment instructions on when to start washing and which products to use.

Does it remove makeup and sunscreen?

It removes dirt, oil and everyday makeup. For heavy, long-wear or waterproof makeup and water-resistant sunscreen, massage it in a little longer or cleanse twice; it's gentle enough to repeat. Keep it away from the eye area.
